Copenhagen Coffee Lab
Coffee isn’t something you will be short on during a trip to Copenhagen. Having spent the best part of 2 days walking around the city I stumbled upon many independent artisan coffee shops. None stood out though, quite as much as Copenhagen coffee Lab did. The first intriguing thing about this cafe is that it is located below street level (almost in a cave type setting). You have to descend down a rather steep set of steps to get in the door. Once through the door you are greeted by a warm and cosy interior with all the “hipster” vibes you’d expect to find. Pipe work used as shelving brackets, old worn furniture, rugs, in house coffee blends… you get the gist. The coffee was some of the best I have ever tasted and the relaxed atmosphere allowed a good recharge of the batteries. I’d definately recommend visiting here when in the city.
